CHL and The GM Healthcare Academy recently hosted a webinar which was open to providers of the ‘Improving Inhaler Technique through Community Pharmacy’ service which is commissioned by GMHSCP and managed by CPGM Healthcare Limited (CHL). This service, commissioned for a number of years in GM, has recently been renewed and updated. This webinar provided both an overview of the relaunched service for previous providers and an introduction for new providers.

The 2 webinars attracted over 130 delegates and feedback was received from 42 of those attendees. The feedback was extremely positive with 98% of respondents confirming that they were either very confident, confident or somewhat confident to deliver the service.
