The session will include case reviews and lessons learned for community pharmacy teams, as well as updates on controlled drugs and the implications of the changes to gabapentin and pregabalin. Safeguarding is also on the agenda, with guidance on how community pharmacies can adopt best practice around safeguarding and enhance patient care. There will also be a clinical governance update from commissioners.
